by Josh Paul
Josh Paul is former Major League catcher with Chicago Cubs and White Sox. Currently manager of the Class A short-season Staten Island Yankees.

Coach Josh Paul describes the basic fundamentals of being in a relaxed catching stance that allows the catcher to maintain better balance and allow them to receive balls with more control.
