Will I be charged before the 7-day “Free Trial” period is over?
Absolutely not. We will never charge your credit card or Paypal account until the 7-day "Free Trial" period is over. Please note that for Annual Pass, the package containing the T shirt and decals will only be mailed after the 7-day Free Trial period is over. You have the option to cancel before the 7-day "Free Trial" period is over. Your account will never be charged in that case. No risk. No string attached.
What is the 30-day money back guarantee?
You know what? We are so confident that our tips and drills can help you and keep you with us. However, if you find it is not what you were looking for, or you want to cancel free trial but forget to do so, simply cancel within 30 days after your account is charged, we will still refund you in FULL.
That is another 30 days completely risk free!
Cancellations after the "Free 7-Day Trial" and after the first 30 days will be processed as "No More Auto Renewal". The system will not automatically renew your account and bill you for another term. You will have the same access until the current billing period is over.
Do I have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Of course you do. We leave you with the power to manage your membership under “My Account”. This allows you to upgrade and downgrade (including Cancel) your membership whenever you like. When upgrading, your charge will be reduced by the prorated credit amount from your previous membership level. When downgrading, your access will remain at higher level until the upcoming billing cycle.

Do I get an incentive for referring others to the site?
You bet you do. You earn a $10 credit when your friends sign up for either an Insider Pass or a VIP Pass. The more friends who sign up, the more you earn. There is no ceiling. The credit will automatically be applied to your next bill.
